Blink Link Vcard – Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern the use of Blink Link vCard SaaS, operated by Blink Link (“Company”, “We”, “Us”, “Our”). By accessing or using our website, platform, or services, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

1. Service Description

Blink Link provides a digital business card (vCard) software-as-a-service platform that allows users to create, manage, and share digital identity and contact profiles.

We are a technology service provider only and do not verify or control user content.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

By using Blink Link, you confirm you have legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

3. Account Registration

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and current information
• Keep login credentials confidential
• Be responsible for all activity under your account

Blink Link is not responsible for losses caused by unauthorized access.

4. Free Trial

Blink Link may offer a free trial at its sole discretion.

Once the trial ends, paid subscription is required to continue using paid features.

We may modify or withdraw free trials at any time.

5. Subscription, Payments & Renewal

• Blink Link operates on a yearly prepaid subscription model
• Payments are manual and must be renewed by the user before expiry
• Failure to renew will result in suspension or deletion of your vCard and data

No Refund Policy

All payments are final and non-refundable.

No refunds, chargebacks, or credits will be issued for:

• Partial usage
• Unused time
• Mistaken purchases
• Cancellation
• Failure to renew

6. User Content & Responsibility

You may upload:

• Name, contact details
• Photos, logos
• Social links
• Business information

You agree that:

• You own or have rights to all uploaded content
• Content does not violate any law or third-party rights
• You will not upload harmful, abusive, illegal, or misleading material

Blink Link is not responsible for user-generated content.

7. Third-Party Data

By using Blink Link, you may collect and share personal data of others (people who receive your vCard).

You confirm that:

• You have legal right or consent to share their data
• You are responsible for compliance with data protection laws

Blink Link acts only as a technical processor, not the data owner.

8. Prohibited Use

You must not:

• Use Blink Link for scams, spam, fraud, or illegal activity
• Impersonate another person or company
• Sell or resell Blink Link services
• Attempt hacking, scraping, or system abuse

We may terminate accounts without notice for violations.

9. Service Availability

Blink Link is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, uptime, or data retention.

We may modify or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

10. Data Loss Disclaimer

Blink Link is not responsible for:

• Lost data
• Deleted vCards
• Corrupt profiles
• Missed renewals

Users are responsible for backing up their information.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under Indian law, Blink Link shall not be liable for:

• Business losses
• Lost contacts or leads
• Misuse of vCards
• Incorrect data
• Indirect or consequential damages

Use of the Service is entirely at your own risk.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts:

• For misuse
• For non-payment
• For legal compliance
• At our discretion

No refunds will be provided after termination.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

Any disputes shall be handled exclusively in the courts of Maharashtra, India.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time.

Continued use of the Service means acceptance of the updated Terms.
